Drink was soo good it came out pretty fast because there wasn't a lot of people but I really enjoyed the smoothie

Cute little corner spot in College Park that has a variety of fresh soup, sushi, poke and beverages all at a reasonable price. It's a pretty high tech place where you order your sushi and beverages on a huge kiosk screen. You will receive a confirmation text (with approximate time your order will be ready. Courtesy lemon water is available while you wait inside (upper level 2 seater tables, lower level and outside will accommodate 4 or more) The food is fast, fresh and delicious! I'm sure I'll be a regular. Definitely check them out!

With her best friend Casey having just accepted an invitation for both of them to attend a slumber party with four four-star athletes from the Public School 20 Anna Silver Girls Volleyball Team, Lunella Lafayette, the peer-pressure-sensitive teenage alter-ego of Moon Girl, searches desperately for an excuse to back out. But what if, instead of a slumber party, it was a Poke bowl and Bubble Tea party; and it was held in close proximity to the University of Maryland, at 4209 Knox Road in College Park, at a place called The Spot Mini? Would the nearby Research One institution assuage Lunella's nerves? Would the thought of her very own "Crème brûlée strawberry latte with strawberry pearls" override her ill-conceived impulse to invent a telepathic mind-reading device to ensure that she doesn't say or do anything she regrets? How about her very own Poke bowl with a half and-half base of brown rice with quinoa and organic spring mix; spicy tuna, spicy salmon and avocado egg salad; pickled radish, cucumber, Japanese ginger, green onion, masago, edamame, seaweed salad, drizzled with honey wasabi and toasted sesame sauces; with significant patches of Bonito fish flakes, roasted seaweed, garlic crisps, sesame seeds, and onion crisps? Both sure hit the spot for my wife, whose Tony Stark-level intellect never prevents her from being the life of any party.

I always get the curry when I come here. I like how the veggies in the curry are soft and flavorful. Their kaarage is super moist and tender, all my friends enjoy it. The shrimp tempura is generously portioned, I couldnt finish it.

The Spot Mini is set up really differently from the location in Rockville. They still have Poki DC and Gong Cha, but Mian, Alpaca, and the fried chicken place are not there. Instead, they have ramen and sushi items with a few chicken items. I've had their Chicken curry, sushi, Poki, and bubble tea before. Their food is good, but it does take a while for them to prepare. On the other hand, they're super quick with their bubble tea orders (much faster than Kung Fu Tea honestly). Sadly though, they don't do the rewards program other Gong Cha locations have.

The Spot Mini is a small food hall on University of Maryland's campus. My family went on a Sunday morning and discovered they don't open until 11:30am. Once open, we ventured in for some bubble tea. Here's our experience: 1) Food: They have a few stands for food (poke, etc.) and a Gong Cha spot for bubble tea. If you download Gong Cha's app, you get 50% off your first order. 2) Seating: On the lower level there are tables and even a little stage with places to sit on the ground. The outside has a few tables. 3) Restrooms: They have two restrooms that are kept clean.
